Gayle and Michael Simon of Solon announce the engagement of their daughter Kimberly to Andrew Brotsky, son of Linda and Michael Brotsky of Akron.
Ms. Simon, granddaughter of the late Birdie and Bill Hirsch and Mimi and Max Simon, has a master’s degree in education. She is a special education teacher in Phoenix, Ariz.
Mr. Brotsky, grandson of the late Frances and Gerald Marcus and Minna and Isadore Brotsky, earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is a sales representative for CDW Inc. in Phoenix.
A June 2010 wedding is planned.
