North Coast Cancer Care (NCCC) of Sandusky is now part of the Cleveland Clinic's Taussig Cancer Institute. NCC employs 70 people.

"We are pleased to have North Coast Cancer Care join the Taussig Cancer Institute family. The NCCC team provides wonderful, state-of-the-art treatment to its patients, and we look forward to enhancing the excellent clinical care that North Coast can offer," said Dr. Brian J. Bolwell, chairman of the Taussig Cancer Institute. "By linking NCCC's services with Cleveland Clinic, patients will have access to the latest clinical trials and an electronic medical record that will help bring coordinated, cutting-edge care close to home."

NCCC serves patients in Ashland, Crawford, Erie, Huron, Lorain, Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca counties from three locations in Sandusky, Clyde and at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio.

The Taussig Cancer Institute is ranked in the top 10 nationally for cancer care by U.S. News and World Report.
