Hillel summer internship program concludes

This summer the Cleveland Hillel Foundation Summer Internship Program placed 34 students from 14 colleges with 29 employers, including the Cleveland Jewish Publication Company. Interns learned from Cleveland employers and businesses and explored Cleveland’s history, growth, culture and social hot spots, while networking with peers and leaders in the community during three full-day and one evening immersion programs. At a concluding luncheon Aug. 9 for interns and their supervisors, Mitchell Balk, president of the Mt. Sinai Health Care Foundation, was the guest speaker.
