Pinstripes celebrated its first anniversary July 30 at Pinecrest in Orange with a party for invited guests. The evening included drinks, food, bocce and live music on the patio. Pinstripes, which also features bowling, was founded by CEO Dale Schwartz, a graduate of Hawken School in Chester Township who lives in Lake Forest, Ill.
