Marvin J. Feldman, a resident of Shaker Heights, died July 17, 2019, at the age of 89.

Marvin is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 48 years, Alva, and son, James Kaufman.

Marvin was the son of Louis and Pauline Feldman (deceased) and brother of Clarence (deceased). Uncle to special nieces and nephews, Helen and John Politkowski, Dr. Marc (deceased) and Helen Feldman, Karen Feldman, David and Tara Smith, John and Bess (deceased) Burkhardt, and Joey and Michelle Frisina. Great-uncle to Abigial Feldman-O’Leary, Scott and Aimee Feldman, and Jimi Marshall (who was like a son). Lifelong friend of Burt Siebert.

Member of many professional organizations such as the Army 111th Liaison Counter Intelligence Unit. Marvin was a graduate of Western Reserve University (now Case Western Reserve University) and the Law School of Western Reserve University.

President of Phi Sigma Delta Fraternity. An attorney and arbitrator for 55 years, Society of Benchers and Regional Chair, holding licenses in Ohio, Kentucky and the United States Supreme Court. A 32nd Degree Mason and Member of Forest City Lodge No. 388 for over 60 years, and Shriner’s International. Present Member of Cleveland Skating Club, past Member of Lake Forest and Hawthorne Valley Country Clubs.

Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. July 21 at the Lake View Mausoleum (use the Mayfield gate). Masonic services will be conducted by Forest City Lodge No. 388 at 10:15.

The family will receive friends immediately following services July 21 only in the social room at 3330 Warrensville Center Road in Shaker Heights.
