Order of Events
Dessert and awards ceremony begin at 7:30 p.m. in the ballroom.
Soup Station featuring tomato sherry soup, mushroom barley soup and bread sticks.
Mediterranean Table complete with hummus, tabbouleh, eggplant appetizer, spiced marinated olives, fresh vegetables, pita triangles, assorted artisan crackers, spinach and red pepper dips.
Carving Station with chef carving hot corned beef, Jewish rye bread, assorted mustards, french fried pickles, miniature stuffed cabbage and potato pancakes with apple sauce and parve sour cream.
Asian Table with chef stir-frying Asian vegetables, grilled chicken strips with sesame seeds and cashews, fried rice and crispy egg rolls with sweet and sour and hot mustard sauces.
Sit-Down Dessert in the ballroom featuring fruit and berries with gelato, miniature pastries, seasonal tarts, cookies and brownies.
