Students at Temple Israel Ner Tamid in Mayfield Heights prepared for Passover and held a model seder on April 10.

They also held a food drive for Passover, collecting kosher items to be given to needy families and Jewish organizations that help those in need.

During Tu b’Shevat, the first- and second-grade children planted parsley seeds that sprouted in time to be used as a symbol of spring on seder plates.
