Burntwood Tavern, a Chef Art Pour Restaurant Group concept, opened its 12th location June 10 at 5600 Great Northern Blvd. in North Olmsted. It is next door to Aloft Hotel.

The free-standing Burntwood Tavern is the newest addition to Heritage Development Co.’s hotel and hospitality portfolio. Iris S. Wolstein is president of the company.

The menu includes tavern tater tots, harvest chicken salad, Burntwood burger, cedar salmon and tavern steak and frites. There is also a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar on Saturdays and Sundays, featuring omelets of the day, avocado toast and the Nashville chicken brisket.

The 5,000 square-foot restaurant offers indoor seating for 200 and al fresco dining for up to 48 on an open patio. 

The location is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays. Reservations are accepted and walk-ins are welcome.
