The NRP Group, a full-service developer, general contractor and property manager headquartered in Garfield Heights, will move its headquarters to the Halle Building in downtown Cleveland.
The move to the new, larger offices is planned to happen by the end of 2017. With the help of Project Management Consultants, NRP has partnered with Jobs Ohio and the City of Cleveland for the project.
Adam Gimbel, a real estate broker with Allegro Realty Advisors in Cleveland, helped NPR select its new space, which is 43,000 square feet and will occupy the entire fourth floor. The space will house 200 employees.
The space will be designed to allow NRP to function and harness the
work-live-play environment that is downtown Cleveland.
“This move represents an exciting development for the NRP Group,” said J. David Heller, principal and CEO of NRP Group in a press release. “Our growth has been significant and we were drawn to the Halle Building because of its central location enabling our employees to fully experience the city of Cleveland and what it offers.”
“Along with our partners at Team NEO, we are delighted that the NRP Group chose to grow in Northeast Ohio,” said Valentina Isakina, managing director for Select HQ Operations at Jobs Ohio in a press release.
Isakina said the new headquarters would bring at least 38 new jobs and help revitalize the Halle Building.
The new location also would allow for NRP to increase its space beyond the fourth floor in the future, should the need arise.
The NRP Group has been recognized as a three-time recipient of the National Association of Builders Multifamily Development Firm of the year.
