John Slagter joined Tucker Ellis LLP’s real estate group as a partner, according to an April 1 news release.
Slagter has practiced in all areas of real estate for more than 25 years, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, finance, construction, eminent domain and real property tax, while devoting a significant part of his practice to land use and zoning. He has industry experience in commercial, office, retail, industrial and residential real estate.
Slagter, who joined Tucker Ellis from Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC., earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland and his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University in University Heights.
