Ascent at the Top of the Hill breaks ground

Cleveland Heights city council members and leaders assist with the ceremonial groundbreaking of Ascent at the Top of the Hill development June 24.

Ascent at the Top of the Hill, an $83-million mixed-use project had a ceremonial groundbreaking and its start of construction June 24 in Cleveland Heights. The project, to be developed by Flaherty & Collins Properties of Indianapolis, is on the site of the former Doctors’ Hospital, which was torn down in 1969.
