MetroHealth System and Cuyahoga County’s Division of Senior and Adult Services will host the 25th annual Cuyahoga County Conference on Aging from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 13 at the Hilton Garden Inn at Beta Conference Center, 700 Beta Drive in Mayfield.
Speakers will address the topic “Fostering Resilience Throughout Life,” including Lisa Marsh Ryerson, president of the AARP Foundation, and Dr. Michael Roizen, wellness director at Cleveland Clinic who writes a monthly health column for the Cleveland Jewish News. Ryerson is the keynote speaker and Roizen is the luncheon speaker.
There will also be presentations on food insecurity, resilience, home accessibility and fall prevention.
Admission is $25 for students and retirees, and $65 for general admission.
