This year’s Lifetime Achievement honoree is Carole F. Hoover, president and CEO of Hoover Milstein and a civil rights champion.

“These seven influential leaders – plus our Lifetime Achievement winner Carole Hoover – have expressed bold visions for our community and their workplaces,” said Margaret Mitchell, president and CEO of YWCA Greater Cleveland, in a statement.

The awards will be presented during the 41st YWCA Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon May 8 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in downtown Cleveland.
