The Beachwood Police Department is investigating the death of a doctor and suspect foul play to be involved.
Dr. Richard H. Warn, 59, was found dead at approximately 6:08 p.m. Aug. 9 by Beachwood police as they performed a welfare check at his Brentwood Road home.
The cause of death was determined to be "multiple gunshot wounds," according to a statement from Beachwood police.
