Carver Financial Services, Inc. of Mentor hosted its 32nd annual food drive and client appreciation event Aug. 20 at Classic Park in Eastlake, collecting food and donations for 3,000 meals for End 68 Hours of Hunger, according to a news release.

“Our annual client appreciation event is a way to say thank you to our clients, but it has also been a wonderful way for our clients to help others throughout the community,” said Randy Carver, president of Carver Financial Services, in the release. “Even during strong economic times, many families are still challenged with food insecurity. Our annual drive is a way to give something to children and their families who are less fortunate, as well as to the community as a whole.”
