Charming Charlie, a women’s fashion and accessories retailer, will close all of its stores, including its location at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, after going bankrupt July 11, according to U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Charming Charlie Holdings Inc. filed for Chapter 11 protection in Delaware. This is the second time in two years the company filed for bankruptcy.
The company has more than 260 stores spread across 38 states. According to a court document, the company has between $0 and $50,000 in assets.
Charming Charlie also has locations in Great Lakes Mall in Mentor, Crocker Park in Westlake and Macedonia Commons in Macedonia.
