Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP has changed leadership.

The firm announced in a news release Oct. 3 its board of directors has appointed business law attorney Craig O. White as partner-in-charge of Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office.

White, who joined the firm in 1990 and made partner the following year, served on Hahn Loeser’s board of directors from 1997 to 2007. He focuses on guiding established and growth-oriented companies through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, enterprise governance, and financing and licensing issues in the United States and abroad.

As partner-in-charge of the firm’s Cleveland Office, White will help spearhead the growth and direction of the firm in Northeast Ohio, according to the release.

“Craig’s leadership skills, warmth and business acumen make him an ideal fit for this role,” Stanley R. Gorom III, Hahn Loeser CEO and firmwide managing partner, said in the release. “I look forward to working closely with him in this key market.”

The firm also appointed a new team to lead its business practice area.

Rocco I. Debitetto will serve as administrative chair of Hahn Loeser’s business practice, with Leslie S. Johnson taking on the newly-created position of vice chair. Robert A. Cooper and Lawrence E. Oscar will serve as the practice area’s development co-chairs, responsible for aiding the business development efforts of attorneys within the group.
